$1,000,000 combined single limit per accident

Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Insurance
$100,000 Each Accident
$100,000 Each Employee for Injury by Disease
$500,000 Aggregate for Injury by Disease

Excess or Umbrella Liability
$1,000,000 occurrence/aggregate

Upon completion of its scope of work detailed in a Work Order signed by both parties, Vendor must submit the signed Work Order together with an itemized invoice reconciling the activity by Work Order to invoices@thecloudfm.com. Vendor understands that it risks non-payment for its scope of work rendered if the Vendor fails to submit the documents detailed in this Paragraph within five (5) business days following completion of the scope of work detailed in the Work Order(s). Standard payment terms for single Work Orders equal to or less than $10,000 are net 30. Payment terms for Work Orders in excess of $10,000 are subject to standard “pay when and if paid” provisions in accordance with applicable federal, state and local jurisdictions. Where “pay when and if paid” provisions apply, payment shall be made to you within ten (10) business days follow receipt of Cloud related payments from its client; assuming all requirements noted herein are fully satisfied.
